In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7kaih" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 7kaih online gambling platform operated at the domain 7kaih.net and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the 7kaih platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on 7kaih.
• "Balance" — the total of deposited funds plus any credited bonus funds held in a Player's 7kaih Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other incentive granted by 7kaih to a Player subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered in eligible games before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and payment method verification, required by 7kaih before processing withdrawals or at any other point 7kaih deems appropriate.
• "Real Money Bet" " — any wager placed using real IDR funds from a Player's Account Balance, excluding wagers placed solely from Bonus funds.
• "Services" — all gambling products and ancillary services offered through the 7kaih platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond 7kaih's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or acts of war.

Use of the 7kaih platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You are at least 21 years of age. 7kaih applies an age threshold of 21+ in accordance with the prevailing standards for responsible gambling in the Indonesia market. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where this requirement is not met.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 7kaih or any affiliated entity, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or responsible-gaming exclusion program applicable to online gambling services.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
• You have not previously been permanently banned from the 7kaih platform.

To access the full range of 7kaih Services, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 7kaih platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current and up to date.
• No proxy registration: Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited.
• Account confirmation: 7kaih reserves the right to require email or mobile verification before activating a new account and granting access to deposit and betting functions.
• Right of refusal: 7kaih reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Upon successful registration, 7kaih will create a single IDR-denominated wallet linked to your Account. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed through this wallet. No multi-currency accounts are offered; all values are expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 7kaih immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 7kaih of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.
• 7kaih strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. This is available within the Account security settings and adds a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
• 7kaih will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to us immediately.

7kaih employs 256-bit TLS encryption across all platform connections and applies rate-limiting, login anomaly detection, and session management controls to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. However, the security of your end-user device and internet connection remains your responsibility.

7kaih accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Source of funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and potential account suspension.
• Deposit limits: 7kaih may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits at the account level. Any applicable limits will be displayed in your Account cashier at the time of deposit.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not credit to your Account within the processing time indicated above, you should contact customer support via live chat before attempting a repeat transaction, to avoid duplicate charges.
• No credit facility: 7kaih does not offer credit to Players. You may only bet with funds that have been successfully credited to your Account Balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the Account cashier.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts. Accounts pending KYC verification may experience delays of up to 3 business days while verification is completed.
• Destination account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the identity on your 7kaih Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Wagering requirement: Deposited funds that have not yet been wagered at least once across any eligible game are subject to a 1× rollover before withdrawal. This is to satisfy standard anti-money-laundering requirements and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement.
• Right to review: 7kaih reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for compliance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable anti-money-laundering obligations, and KYC requirements before processing. During a review period, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state and you will be notified.
• Withdrawal fees: 7kaih does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 7kaih has no control.

7kaih offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, geographic restrictions, or account status requirements.
• One bonus per household / IP address: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 40×) and the eligible games will be stated in each promotion's dedicated terms. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin live casino bets and certain table game strategies — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying a wagering requirement.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining in your Account after the expiry date will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated per promotion.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum convertible amount (cap). Where applicable, this cap will be stated in the promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal.
• Abuse and collusion: 7kaih reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine — at our sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other conduct designed to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Modification and withdrawal of promotions: 7kaih reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Once a Player has validly claimed a bonus and commenced wagering activity, the terms applicable at the time of claim will generally continue to apply, subject to 7kaih's discretion.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 7kaih platform. Specific game rules for individual products — including live baccarat, sportsbook, slots, togel, and crash games — are available within each respective product section of the platform.

• Finality of results: The result of any bet or game round, once settled by the platform, is final and binding. 7kaih does not accept claims based solely on a Player's recollection of events that contradict the platform record.
• System errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a game round or bet settlement, 7kaih reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Players' Accounts. 7kaih is not liable for any losses arising from such errors.
• Sportsbook: 7kaih's sportsbook offers markets on domestic and international sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, the AFF Cup, MotoGP, badminton, and e-sports. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and Asian handicap markets — including voor bola (goal handicap) — are offered on eligible fixtures. Where an event is abandoned or postponed, settlement rules stated within the sportsbook product terms will apply.
• Live casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette ball positions, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. Game round results are streamed in real time and are final upon settlement by the studio's system. Connection interruptions on the Player's end do not constitute grounds for voiding a settled bet.
• Slots: All slot games offered on 7kaih use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical returns and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• Maximum winnings: 7kaih may apply maximum single-bet payout limits across game categories. Where applicable, these limits are stated within the relevant game section. Winnings in excess of stated limits will be capped and the excess will not be credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7kaih platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, platform vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7kaih staff members or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse a payment made to 7kaih through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 7kaih's support team and allowing a resolution process to be completed.

7kaih is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we apply Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. KYC may be triggered at account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or at any other time 7kaih deems appropriate.

Documents that may be requested during KYC include:

• Identity verification: A government-issued photo ID such as an Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name, which may include a screenshot of the account details page or a bank statement header.
• Source of funds: In certain high-volume cases, 7kaih may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gambling activity.

All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time period may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

7kaih is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you commit to the platform within a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a set time frame. Once the limit is reached, further real-money betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Time-out / cooling-off: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration). During a time-out, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 7kaih platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and are processed within 24 hours. Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be lifted for a minimum of six months.

All content on the 7kaih platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, game assets, trade names, and the 7kaih brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7kaih or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software.
• Using the 7kaih brand name, logo, or any associated trade marks in any public-facing context without written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on any 7kaih content.

Any unauthorised use of 7kaih intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7kaih's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7kaih expressly excludes all liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Platform unavailability, service interruptions, or maintenance downtime.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or network operators.
• Events of Force Majeure as defined in Section 1.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 7kaih's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 7kaih will process any outstanding verified withdrawal and close the Account within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC review.

Closure by 7kaih: 7kaih reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or provision of false information.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, after which an inactivity fee of Rp 10.000 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Any regulatory, legal, or operational requirement necessitating closure.

Where an Account is closed by 7kaih due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where confirmed breaches are established, may be forfeited in whole or in part.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. For Players based in Indonesia, the platform is operated under international licensing standards, and 7kaih makes no representation that the Services are legal under Indonesian domestic law. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering and using the platform.

Dispute resolution process:

1. Internal resolution (First step): All disputes must first be raised with 7kaih's customer support team via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. Provide your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may request escalation to a senior member of the 7kaih compliance team by clearly stating your request in your follow-up email.
3. Final determination: 7kaih's decision following the escalation process is final and binding with respect to the platform's internal dispute resolution. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable law.

You agree to pursue the internal dispute resolution process in good faith before initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or external legal action against 7kaih.

7kaih reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7kaih will notify registered Players by one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed on the platform upon your next login.
• An email notification sent to the address registered on your Account.
• A prominent notice posted on the 7kaih website for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 7kaih platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions — including the effective date at the top of this document — supersedes all previous versions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of the terms governing your use of the platform.
